How You Can Buy:

You can shop for Paul Penders products on this website by clicking on the products or by searching using our Search button. Order the products by adding them to your Shopping Basket. Once we receive your order, we will send you a confirmation email. Once the payment has been made, your ordered products will be sent immediately. If a product is not in stock, it will be indicated on our store and you won't be able to put it in your Shopping Basket. Once you receive our products, it is your responsibility to check that you have received them in satisfactory condition. If there are any defects, please inform us within 10 days.

How We Deliver:

All ordered products on www.paulpenders.nl will be shipped within 8 days by TNT courier service to your home unless a product is not in stock. Paul Penders Cosmetics will not be held responsible for late deliveries by TNT.

Paul Penders Cosmetics is not responsible for loss or damage during shipment of goods via the postal service.

How To Make Returns:

If the product you ordered, for whatever reason, is not satisfactory, you can return the product to us within ten (10) calendar days after delivery. You will be refunded with the amount deposited to your account provided the products are unused and undamaged, with original, intact packaging and with a copy of the delivery invoice.
